PERSONAL CLIENTS NEEDING CE HOURS
If you are a personal client wishing to receive CE hours, please register and follow procedures as an accountant or business client We are required to collect certain information to include in our reporting of CE hours provided. Our online process through registration and completion of a webinar collect the information needed and will provide you with requirements before and as the webinar progresses. Seminar attendees will receive a certificate of completion via email within 15 business days.
PRIVACY POLICY
When attending online or in-person CPA to CPA seminars, we collect basic information provided by you at the time of registering. Our purpose of obtaining that information is for the purpose of communicating details or changes that could arise or that will make your experience the best it can be. We will not sell or trade any of that information to third parties without your consent.
We retain a prior registrants lists for the purpose of contacting prior registrants, analyze seminar attendees based on demographics or other criteria, and to make decisions for our future activities.
Any changes to this policy will be communicated here at least ten days before they would take effect. Information collected before changes are made will be handled according to the existing privacy policy at the time of your registration.

POLICIES FOR ACCOUNTANTS & BUSINESS CLIENTS:
REGISTRATION
Registrations will be accepted 1 hour prior to start time.
CANCELLATION
We understand that things come up and that your schedule may change. We recommend that you cancel via email when possible. Cancellations must be made 2 days prior to the seminar in order to receive a refund. A $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.
MISSED WEBINAR
We apologize, but no refund.
TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES
Should a technical problems arise, the virtual class will be re-scheduled at no charge to participants.
WEBINAR PARTICIPATION CE PROCEDURE
We are required to collect certain information to include in our reporting of CE hours provided. Our online process through registration and completion of a webinar collect the information needed and will provide you with requirements before and as the webinar progresses. Seminar attendees will receive a certificate of completion via email within 15 business days.
REPLACEMENT OF LOST CERTIFICATE
If a replacement certificate is needed, there will be a replacement fee of $15. You can request your replacement certificate and pay this via through our website on the registration page. During the payment process, please provide in the appropriate fields the attendee name you registered as, which course you attended, date of course partipated in. Once the request and fee are received, we will attempt to locate participants certificate e-mail a new certificate.
If we are unable to locate the certificate or verify that the participation and policies were not completed, we will e-mail a notice of that fact. The replacement fee is non-refundable.
